BIRTH package (for shared care and postnatal packages please scroll down)
Please feel free to call me for a no obligation chat on 07968 181784
My DOULA LOVE birth package (£1000) includes:
· 3 antenatal sessions (after the initial face to face interview)
An in-depth meeting discussing all your birth wishes where we will discuss your birth preferences in detail including your hopes and fears and so you can begin forming these into a plan for your maternity notes.
Led by you, this session focusses on anything you have shown to be particular areas of interest from practical skills to aid you in labour to reading relaxation scripts together, practicing breathing, packing birth bags, debating evidence, fear release if needed as well as a detailed look at the stages of labour and recognising signs of progression.
If this is a subsequent birth, I can also offer you a session in the 3 Step Rewind Technique to support and release any previous trauma experienced.
If this is your first birth, I can offer you a personalised one to one yoga session so you can take some time to relax and learn some postures to practice at home to aid fatigue and your changing body.
You are also offered a place on my all day DoulaNatal Birth Confidence workshop (for Mamas only) to really connect with yourself and your baby and emotionally prepare for your birth. I run this with my doula colleague Erin McGuigan.
· I will send you relevant information at your request to help you on your birthing journey
· I will be on call from 38 weeks until your baby is born including unlimited phone and email support as and when you need it
· I will attend the birth and stay with you throughout up until the first feed
· It also includes twopost-natal visits to see how you and your family are getting on, one soon after your birth to check in and support you with feeding and then when you're ready a full debrief of the birth. I am also there by phone to support you during the early weeks with signposting you to relevant information to support you in the postnatal period. I am passionate about birth and supporting women, if this rate does not work for you, please get in touch to discuss what you can afford (I accept Doula UK Access Fund clients)
SHARED CARE package £1500 If work or family commitments don't allow me to be solely available or you would prefer the support of two doulas, I work alongside Erin and Sally-Anne - please read their bios below.
The benefits of shared care mean you have two doulas' experience, knowledge and local insight as well as extra back up should unforseen circumstances arise.
Our shared care packages offer the following:
2 antenatal sessions where we would both attend (after the initial face to face interview which we would both attend)
A one day workshop place on the DoulaNatal Birth Confidence workshop run by Jenna and Erin
An individualised pregnancy yoga one to one session with Jenna
Sally Anne or Erin will also offer an additional session for you depending on your needs
On call support from 38 weeks until baby is born
3 postnatal visits (both doulas visit separately post birth for initial support and then the birth doula will do a follow up)
You will also be able to reach out by phone, text or email from the first to the last visit as and when you need it.

Throughout my professional career I have worked with families. In 2009 I began working with babies and children, as an Early Years Professional and in 2013 I began my journey as a Birth and Post Natal Doula. I trained with Developing Doulas and Paramana Doula. In both my vocations, I feel honoured to have been a part of so many people's lives, from the day they were born, to the day they leave my care and begin school. The women, babies and children I have worked with have been my teachers. I work hard to get to know each and every person who crosses my path so that I can serve them and their individual needs. I am patient and supportive, kind and calm. I see my role as to guide women to their own place of strength and wisdom, providing reassurance and inspiring confidence. I love to learn and am at most points in time enrolled on a course to further my professional development, such as Sacred Pregnancy, Dynamic Positions in Birth, or Recipes for Normal Birth. Also, I love to cook and to nourish friends, family and clients with the meals I create. I am a radical homemaking, work-at-home mum, and I live in Kingston upon Thames with my highly entertaining husband and my beautiful children, Della, born in 2006 and Hank, born in 2008.
I feel very lucky to work with this wonderful woman. Sally-Anne is awesomely practical, wise and all heart. Please read her bio below for more.
Sally-Anne’s interest in all things to do with pregnancy, birth and postnatal care and support started after she had her first son over 19 years ago at Kingston Hospital Maternity Unit. Sally-Anne qualified as an antenatal teacher with the National Childbirth Trust in 2005. She has since worked with over 2000 couples having their first, second or third baby. She has been an Excellent Practitioner/Advanced Antenatal Teacher since 2011.
Sally-Anne has been a postnatal doula for eight years and a birth doula for four years, having trained with Nurturing Birth and worked through the Doula UK recognition process. As an experienced doula, Sally-Anne is a doula mentor to new doulas who are starting their doulaing journey and is a partner in Younique Postnatal which runs initial postnatal doula preparation courses for potential new doulas. Sally-Anne has had the privilege of supporting couples having their babies at a number of local London and Surrey hospitals and at home.
Sally-Anne is currently Head of mentoring for Doula UK. She lives in New Malden with her husband David and their two sons, Tom born in 1998, and Will born in 2000. Her interests include cooking, running, reading and socialising with friends.
